What the hell does that mean? Really!! "No Dumping Other Than Leon River?" There is a branch of the Leon about three miles west of town, and one has to wonder just what substances are dumpable in the river. Maybe I'll send this image to the Waste Management folks, they have a facility here in my town. Wanna' bet they can't/won't tell me what they dump in the Leon?
