THIS OLD TEXAS PLACE 9

Cayote, Texas 2008

For those of you who think there is a spelling error in the title of the image, I beg to differ. I did a little research on the Internet, and from the Handbook of Texas, I offer the following entry: http://www.tshaonline.org/handbook/online/articles/CC/hnc28.html The town started out as Coyote, but it is one of those classic cases of a mis-spelling that stuck, unlike the town itself, which never stuck as a town.

Hey Frank!

Just wanted to let you know that I'm really enjoying this series! I'm really enamored both by the physical weathered textures you've captured, and I'm also a sucker for all the handmade typography present in the landscapes. Very, very cool.

Anyways, I very much look forward to seeing more images.

I hope you are well and I hope Clark is treating you well!

I hope to see you soon!

Take care,

--Ryan
