Working Photographer

Stephen DiRado, Worcester, Massachusetts 13 May 2009

Yup! That's my good friend and fellow photographer, Stephen. One of the, if not the most hard working artist I know. And that's his preferred method of working -- his 8x10, a flash bulb, and Tri-X film. Yes, flash bulb -- that one is a #22, and is the size of a standard 60-watt light bulb. The resulting image be printed on silver paper, too. Check his stuff out here. The occasion was an appreciation dinner for his graduating thesis art students this semester. I've posted the images on Facebook if you want to see. Good times were had, and any number of people played with my 5D2.
