Summer Travels V

Cohasset, Virginia 17 July 2010

I had finished photographing the front of this building, Summer Travels IV, put the camera and tripod back in the car, and was ready to drive away when I decided I should walk around the building and peek into the windows. The window on the right side of the building revealed nothing more than a disarray of uninteresting "stuff." However, the window on the left side had the above table right up against the window. I pressed the camera lens again the glass and shot several frames. It did require a little Photoshop magic to get rid of bothersome reflection, but I like the bright strip of reflection mimicking the white of the bud vase. And it didn't hurt that Little Boy Blue's blue color was acting as a foil for warm woods of the table and neutralness of the glass dishes.
