Some have said that my previous post of the old house with the over grown bushes and weeds was a bit spooky, but I think this one a bit more towards that end. This is Kudzu, and is the plant/vine imported from the far east to "save" a number of the southern states from being eroded away. I have other images from long ago trips showing roadside scenes of several acres of forest completely covered in Kudzu. There are now active Kudzu eradiration programs.

Part of me want's to talk about balance of light and shadow, the play of lines, etc ... the other part of me wants to say "mmm barn yummy... nom nom nom." Silly Kudzu.
