I was telling my class of photo beginners about shooting from the hip (otherwise known as not looking through the camera's viewfinder when making an image) in order to get a different viewpoint, or as a way to get a image when you don't want the subject to know they're being photographed. This is one of the examples I used as example. I shot this with a Canonet GIII 17 (http://www.cameraquest.com/canql17.htm).
