- I have been photographing for more than 50 years first working as supervisor for yearbook and college newspaper. Later I headed the photography department for the News Service at UTAustin. In 1979, I became a Dobie-Paisano Fellow and began to follow a career in freelance and doing my own personal work. My wife's career pulled us out of Texas for the east coast finally winding up in central Massachusetts. Now in my 79th year, I teach both digital and wet darkroom at a small liberal arts university in Worcester, MA. I shoot these cameras and formats: ----Note: -- I have given up on film. I now have only digital cameras -- the Canon 6D, and a Pentax 645D medium format digital.

I have enjoyed your photos of Bosque County. We live in a very rural area in the Norse Historic District. You were close, a lot of interesting things here.
Keep up the good work and I LOVE the name of your blog.
I remember passing through the Norse Historic District this trip. You should know that I have wandering about central Texas for more than 30 years making these kinds of images. And it's because of encouragement from people like you that I continue to do it. Thanks for keeping up with the blog.
