Axtell, Texas 8 January 2011In the larger towns and cities, Texas pride is usually shown by large Texas flags flying side-by-side with the Stars-n-Stripes. Not lower than, but side-by-side because Texas was a republic before it became a state. But in the little towns the "Livin' Life as a Texan" turns a bit more personal. I love these expressions of Texas pride.
